Meet Daisy Jane ??
Daisy Jane is only 2 years old, and after everything she's been through, we're finally getting to see who this girl REALLY is.
Daisy was found as a stray. Her owner was located - and decided he didn't want her back.
His loss. Seriously.
Because Daisy has turned out to be an energetic, cuddly, loving and ridiculously fun girl who is thriving in her foster home.
Daisy LOVES:

?? Tug-of-war
?? Cuddling
?? Learning new things
Her foster says she's an incredibly fast learner and great listener. They're working on "stay," and she's picking it up quickly.
She's also making great progress around other dogs. Daisy is curious but can be scared, so she's learning to stop and check in with her person when they encounter dogs on walks. And she's catching on FAST.
Daisy does have some separation anxiety, but here's the good news: she does well home alone and sleeps in her crate without complaint.

Daisy would be a wonderful addition to a warm, active home with someone who will continue giving her the consistency, exercise and love she's getting in foster.
And yes, Daisy is a black dog. We know how easily black dogs can be overlooked in rescue - but spend five minutes with Daisy and the color of her coat will be the LAST thing you notice.
She's only 2. She has SO much walking, playing, learning and cuddling left to do.
Daisy already knows what it feels like to be unwanted.
Now we need someone to show her what it feels like to be chosen. Forever. ??
