"Ivy had a rough start to life but has come into her own and learned how to "dog", seeing her personality blossom into a sweet, goofy, silly pup has been a joy for her foster mom. Ivy loves to chomp bones and toys, enjoys brain teasers & doggy puzzles, and rolling around in the grass. She gets along with cats with proper introduction and enjoys playing with other dogs. She loves every person she meets and isn't phased by kids. Ivy is super sweet and has the cutest smile and floppiest ears, she basically looks exactly like the dog emoji. When she home, Ivy likes to scooch up next to you for some cuddles and head rubs. Ivy has already learned sit, down, and stay and because of her smarts and her love of treats (she enjoys dog-safe fruits and vegetables too!), with patience and positive reinforcement she will be easy for her forever family to continue training. Ivy is enthusiastic but sometimes a little clumsy which is why her foster mom often lovingly says she's a "meatball on the move". If you're looking for a goofy, loving pup, who gets along with cats and dogs, Ivy is your gal! Her foster mom thinks she'd do especially well in a home with a yard and another playful dog, but this isn't necessary as long as her forever home provides bones, toys, and walks to keep her entertained."
