Chee Wee isn't just another dog looking for a home-he's a deserving soul who's been waiting far too long for someone to see the incredible heart he has to offer.
Originally adopted as a puppy, Chee Wee spent two years in a home before being returned. Since then, he's been with us at Zeus Rescues for over 18 months, quietly hoping someone will give him the love and security he's been missing.
A true Sagittarius at heart, Chee Wee is a goofy, cuddly, and curious explorer. He walks beautifully on leash and seems to timidly desire human contact as he calmly approaches people he walks past. When he approaches the other rescue dogs at Zeus in the enclosures out front he does so with curiosity and his tail wagging. When he is pet he gently bows his head, as if asking, "Are you sure I'm worthy?" The answer is a resounding yes.
Chee Wee doesn't need a lot-just a little patience, a calm environment, and someone who will show him that the world isn't so scary after all. With just a bit of love and socialization, you could make a life-changing difference in his world.
